• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

• Processing time is typically 1–2 business days, but may vary depending on order volume.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

 

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5–7 business days.

• Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2–3 business days.

• Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery, available for orders placed before 12:00 PM.

 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, location, and unforeseen delays.

 

3. Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery location.

 

4. International Shipping

• At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within the United States. We do not ship to international destinations.

 

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your package.

6. Shipping Address

• Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

• We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

• Lost Packages: If your package is lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

• Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item for a quick resolution.
