1. Returns & Exchanges

 

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons. All sales are final.

 

2. Refund Eligibility

 

Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

• You received the wrong item.

• Your item arrived damaged or defective.

• Your order was lost in transit and confirmed undeliverable by the shipping carrier.

 

3. Reporting an Issue

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

 

4. Refund Process

• If your refund request is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

5. Cancellations

• Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

• If you need to update your shipping information, please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

6. Non-Refundable Items

• Used or opened products

• Gift cards and promotional items

• Orders placed incorrectly due to customer error
